Yes. Every published question, explanation, bookmark, and study-plan feature is free. Creating an account is optional, and there is no premium question bank.
The directory includes official-source guides and exams with original starter practice. Each exam shows its available question count. A guide or starter set is not a complete syllabus, and a short timed session is not an official mock examination.
FreeReviewer.ph is independent. It is not affiliated with PRC, CSC, the Supreme Court, universities, scholarship providers, or review centers. Check the official links on each guide for applications, eligibility, schedules, and results.
Your answers and study plan are stored by FreeReviewer.ph and connected to this browser through a session cookie. Clearing cookies, using another browser, or letting the session expire can disconnect guest progress. An optional account lets you sign in across devices.
Learning-mode answers are final once submitted so the explanation and review history stay consistent. In timed practice, you can change answers until the session ends. When time expires, the server submits the answers already saved.
A saved question appears in your bookmark review after its feedback is available. Submit it in learning mode, or finish the timed session. This keeps timed-practice answers hidden until the session ends.
No. Your score describes the questions in that practice session. It is not an admission result, board rating, percentile, or promise of passing. Use your topic results to decide what to review next.
