Free, independent preparation

Every published practice question and explanation is free to use for your personal study. An account is optional. FreeReviewer.ph is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by universities, PRC, CSC, the Supreme Court, scholarship authorities, or review centers unless a specific, verified partnership is expressly stated.

Exam names identify the examinations learners are preparing for. They do not imply official approval of this platform or its practice material.

What the material can do

Exam guides link to official information. Available question counts describe original starter practice. A listed exam may have a guide only; a practice set may cover only some topics. Short timed sessions use a practice pacing allowance and are not presented as exact replicas of an official exam.

Practice scores are feedback on the questions you answered. They do not predict acceptance, eligibility, licensing, employment, or passing. Always confirm schedules, requirements, subject coverage, and results with the administering institution. Professional exam material supports study and is not a substitute for professional advice or supervised training.

Your account and saved work

Use an email address you can access and keep your password private. Account registration connects your current guest progress to the account. Signing into an existing account may merge the current guest’s practice into it.

Guest access depends on this browser’s session cookie. You may lose access to guest progress if that cookie is cleared or expires. You can export data and delete your profile in Settings. The Privacy notice explains what is stored.

Use the platform responsibly

• Use practice to learn. Do not use the service to impersonate an examinee, cheat during an examination, or distribute restricted exam questions.
• Do not upload leaked papers, scans of paid reviewers, confidential test banks, or material you do not have permission to share.
• Do not try to access another learner’s records, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or automate abusive requests.
• Keep reports constructive. Do not include passwords, government ID numbers, harassment, or unnecessary personal information.

Content and corrections

Original FreeReviewer.ph practice content and linked third-party references have different rights. A link does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy a source. Personal access to this service does not grant a general right to republish its question bank commercially.

Mistakes may occur. Use Help & corrections to record an issue and, where possible, an authoritative reference. Reports are stored in the platform; no response time or external delivery is promised. Content may be corrected or withdrawn. Completed attempt snapshots preserve what was presented at the time.

Advertising and availability

Core review access is free. When a sponsor is configured and you enable optional sponsor messages in Settings, clearly labeled messages may appear on home, exam browsing, and resource pages. These messages contain no advertising scripts or tracking pixels. Active practice and results do not contain advertisements. A sponsor does not endorse answers or receive your learning history.

Availability depends on the deployment’s hosting, database, and maintenance. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular exam outcome. Export important records if you want a personal copy. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
